This software is a repackaging of two previously released titles: Mickey Mouse Kindergarten and Winnie the Pooh Kindergarten. For $20, children get 17 different activities featuring beloved Disney characters.
Both of these titles are activity-based and neither has a storyline. Kindergartners can go to school in the Hundred Acre Wood with Pooh and his friends, or join news reporter Mickey as he uncovers exciting stories in a downtown at night.
Neither title is as strong as Reader Rabbit Kindergarten or JumpStart Advanced Kindergarten. Both are missing key elements found in top-notch kindergarten software such as sufficient help, appropriate leveling, and tutoring. But for the money, you get a lot of educational games.
All tech products are judged on a five star scale by looking at the following factors: fun, education, ease of use, value, and technical.
