Scooby Doo! Showdown in Ghost Town

Overview

This title was released at the same time as Scooby Doo! Phantom of the Knight, and its structure of play is identical. This time Scooby and the gang find themselves in Los Burritos, a town that appears to be haunted by a faceless rider. Players join the dog and his friends to solve the riddle of the faceless rider.

In this version, the players explore the western town, solve seven puzzles to collect clues, play two arcade games, and help people they meet along the way.

Game Analysis

Kid-testers enjoyed playing this title but thought Scooby Doo! Phantom of the Knight was the stronger of the two. They noticed that some of the dialogue repeated and wished they could interrupt some of the animations.
